All candidates undergo a pre-registration process before being accepted to attend for an interview. This is conducted by discussing details with the candidate and determining their suitability for supply.
All teachers are rigorously screened and vetted in accordance with DfES and REC guidelines. Checks include Enhanced DBS disclosures, List 99 checks, 5 years references, medical checks, verification of professional qualifications and a face-to-face interview. In addition, all candidates are taken through an induction programme, which outlines processes, expectations and standards. Schools can therefore be assured that our teachers are of the highest possible standard.
When all of the relevant checks have been carried out and confirmed, consultants will then contact schools and colleges to find suitable placements for the candidates.
We obtain feedback from each teacher on each assignment and will relay this feedback to schools. We also ask schools to provide us with feedback on teachers performance and regularly monitor teacher and school satisfaction through ongoing discussion and regular surveys. We always welcome responses from schools regarding their satisfaction with the teachers.
